	3. ÄNDERUNG DER ANTIDUMPINGMASSNAHMEN [EU]	AMENDMENT OF THE ANTI-DUMPING MEASURES
	(6) Artikel 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 954/2006 wurde folglich für nichtig erklärt, soweit der für die Ausfuhren der von der Interpipe-Gruppe hergestellten Waren in die Europäische Union festgesetzte Antidumpingzoll denjenigen übersteigt, der anwendbar wäre, wenn bei Verkäufen über die verbundene Vertriebsgesellschaft keine Berichtigung des Ausfuhrpreises um eine Provision vorgenommen worden wäre. 	7 VORLÄUFIGE ANTIDUMPINGMASSNAHMEN [EU]	PROVISIONAL ANTI-DUMPING MEASURES
	[9] Verordnung (EG) Nr. 260/2007 des Rates vom 9. März 2007 zur Einführung eines endgültigen Antidumpingzolls und zur endgültigen Vereinnahmung des vorläufigen Zolls auf die Einfuhren bestimmter Wolframelektroden mit Ursprung in der Volksrepublik China (ABl. L 72 vom 13.3.2007, S. 1). [EU]	Council Regulation (EC) No 260/2007 of 9 March 2007 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain tungsten electrodes originating in the People's Republic of China (OJ L 72, 13.3.2007, p. 1).
