[G]	By comparison, the Autorentheatertage organised by Ulrich Khuon at the Schauspiel Hannover while he was managing director there from 1995 to 2000 and at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg since 2001, is more of a working event in an urban setting: one juror, usually a critic, calls for the submission of dramatic texts and narrows down the hundreds of plays submitted to a small selection, which the theatre presents after a two-week rehearsal period at a Long Night of the Authors.
	Die brasilianische Produktion von "Das Leben auf der Praça Roosevelt" in der Regie von Rodolfo Garcia Vázquez wird bei den Mülheimer Theatertagen "Stücke '06" (23. und 24.5.2006), an den Münchner Kammerspielen (26. und 27.5.2006) und bei den Autorentheatertagen am Thalia Theater Hamburg (29. und 30.5.2006) zu sehen sein. [G]	The Brazilian production of "Life on Praça Roosevelt" will be shown in Mülheim an der Ruhr (Mülheimer Theatertage "Stücke '06") on May 23 and 24, at the Munich Kammerspiele on May 26 and 27, and at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg on May 29 and 30.

[G]	While General Director of the Hanover Schauspiel, Eberhard Witt was appointed to the Bayerische Staatstheater in Munich, Ulrich Khuon switched to the Thalia in Hamburg, and Wilfred Schulz, the present incumbent, will in all probability continue the tradition - especially since, after coming to Hanover as chief dramatic advisor of the most successful German stage of the nineties, the Deutsche Schauspielhaus in Hamburg under Frank Baumbauer, he has succeeded in maintaining the proven quality of his work.
	Haß, die nach ihrer Lehrzeit am Hamburger Schauspielhaus Anfang der Neunziger und einem ersten Engagement in Stuttgart nun als Ausstattungsleiterin des Hamburger Thalia Theaters arbeitet, hat mit dieser Arbeitsweise dem realistischen Bühnenbild eine neue Tiefe gegeben. [G]	Haß did her apprenticeship at the Hamburg Schauspielhaus in the early 1990s and, following a first appointment in Stuttgart, now works as the head scenic artist at the Thalia Theater in Hamburg. She has given realistic stage design a new depth with her method of work.

They replied to them in their own way: with a theatre production that like no other before it focussed on life even in this small part of the world."A Vida na Praça Roosevelt", the play by the German playwright Dea Loher, was written with the support of the Goethe-Institut in the run-up to the São Paulo Biennale of 2004. It premièred at the Hamburg Thalia Theater and from there was sent on tour to the place of its origins, São Paulo.
