Da jedoch die vorbestehenden Beschlüsse des EOT, mit denen der Eintrittspreis auf 6 EUR festgesetzt worden war, als eine besondere Ausnahme betrachtet wurden (ein bereits bestehendes Sonderrecht), die durch die allgemeinen Bestimmungen des Gesetzes 2206/1994 und des Ministerialbeschlusses von 1995 nicht geändert worden war, wurde für diese staatlichen Kasinos ausnahmsweise der Eintrittspreis von 6 EUR beibehalten, so dass diese Kasinos lediglich 80 % von 6 EUR abführten. However, since for the public casinos the price of admission tickets exceptionally remained at the level of EUR 6, as the already in force decisions of the EOT (setting the prices at EUR 6) were considered special derogatory provisions (pre-existing lex specialis) which were unaffected by the general provisions of the Law 2206/1994 and the Ministerial Decision of 1995, they only paid 80 % of EUR 6.
