[EU]	By way of derogation from Article 6(1)(b) of Council Regulation (EC) No 2791/1999 of 16 December 1999 laying down certain control measures applicable in the area covered by the Convention on future multilateral cooperation in the north-east Atlantic fisheries masters of fishing vessels engaged in this fishery shall report their catches on a daily basis.

	Da diese Verordnung neue Vorschriften für die Überwachung und Kontrolle im Übereinkommensgebiet aufstellen wird, sollte die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2791/1999 des Rates vom 16. Dezember 1999 mit Kontrollmaßnahmen für den Bereich des Übereinkommens über die künftige multilaterale Zusammenarbeit auf dem Gebiet der Fischerei im Nordostatlantik aufgehoben werden - [EU]	As this Regulation will establish new rules concerning control and enforcement in the Convention Area, Council Regulation (EC) No 2791/1999 of 16 December 1999 laying down certain control measures applicable in the area covered by the Convention on future multilateral cooperation in the North-East Atlantic fisheries [7] should be repealed,
	Daher ist es im Hinblick auf die Aufteilung der nicht zugewiesenen Quote und die Berücksichtigung der traditionellen Zuteilung von Makrelen im Nordostatlantik erforderlich, Artikel 1 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 57/2011 und die entsprechenden TACs in den Anhängen IA und IB der genannten Verordnung zu ändern. [EU]	Therefore, Article 1 of Regulation (EU) No 57/2011 and the relevant TACs in Annexes IA and IB thereto should be amended in order to distribute the non-allocated quota and to reflect the traditional allocation of mackerel in the North-East Atlantic.
	Daraufhin haben die Europäische Union und Norwegen nach Maßgabe ihrer bilateralen Abkommen vereinbart, ihre jeweiligen Fangmöglichkeiten für Makrele für 2012 festzusetzen. Daher ist es im Hinblick auf die Aufteilung der nicht zugewiesenen Quoten und die Berücksichtigung der traditionellen Zuteilung von Makrelen im Nordostatlantik erforderlich, Artikel 1 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 44/2012 und die entsprechenden TAC in den Anhängen IA und IB der genannten Verordnung zu ändern. [EU]	Therefore, Article 1 of Regulation (EU) No 44/2012 and the relevant TACs in Annexes IA and IB thereto should be amended in order to distribute the non-allocated quotas and to reflect the traditional allocation of mackerel in the North-East Atlantic.
	Das Übereinkommen über die künftige multilaterale Zusammenarbeit auf dem Gebiet der Fischerei im Nordostatlantik (das "Übereinkommen") wurde mit dem Beschluss 81/608/EWG vom Rat genehmigt und trat am 17. März 1982 in Kraft. [EU]	The Convention on future multilateral cooperation in the North-East Atlantic fisheries (the Convention), was approved by the Council in Decision 81/608/EEC [3] and entered into force on 17 March 1982.
	Das Übereinkommen über die künftige multilaterale Zusammenarbeit auf dem Gebiet der Fischerei im Nordostatlantik (nachstehend "das Übereinkommen") wurde am 18. November 1980 in London unterzeichnet und trat am 17. März 1982 in Kraft. März 2009 in London vorgelegte Vorschlag der Verhandlungsführer der Vertragsparteien des Übereinkommens über die Fischerei im Nordostatlantik (NEAFC) (Dänemark für die Färöer und Grönland, die Europäische Gemeinschaft, Island, Norwegen und die Russische Föderation) über den Schutz empfindlicher mariner Ökosysteme vor erheblichen schädlichen Auswirkungen im NEAFC-Regelungsbereich, über den die NEAFC-Vertragsparteien in der Folge Einvernehmen erzielt haben, sollte in Gemeinschaftsrecht umgesetzt werden. [EU]	The proposal made by the Heads of Delegation of the Contracting Parties of the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC) (Denmark in respect of the Faeroe Islands and Greenland, European Community, Iceland, Norway and the Russian Federation) at a meeting in London from 24 to 27 March 2009 regarding the protection of vulnerable marine ecosystems from significant adverse impacts in the NEAFC regulatory area and subsequently agreed by the Contracting Parties of NEAFC should be implemented into Community law.

[EU]	The proposal made by representatives from the European Community, the Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway and the Russian Federation at a meeting in London from 9 to 11 February 2009 regarding the management of redfish in the Irminger Sea and adjacent waters in the NEAFC Convention Area in 2009 and subsequently agreed by the Contracting Parties of the North-East Atlantic Fisheries Commission (NEAFC) should be implemented in Community law.
	Des Weiteren würde ein solches Verfahren dazu beitragen, die regionalen Fischereiorganisationen, insbesondere die NEAFC, zu stärken und zu modernisieren und so den langfristigen Fortbestand der Fischereien im Nordostatlantik zu gewährleisten. [EU]	Furthermore, such a procedure would help towards the strengthening and modernisation of regional fisheries management organisations, in particular the NEAFC, and thereby ensure the long-term sustainability of the fisheries in the North-East Atlantic.
