(12) Artikel 35 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 826/2008 enthält die obligatorischen Mitteilungen der Mitgliedstaaten an die Kommission. [EU]

Article 35 of Regulation (EC) No 826/2008 provides for the information that the Member States have to notify to the Commission.

From the first Wednesday in February, the Commission shall enter in the accounts each week the admissible offers for maize submitted by operators to the intervention agencies of the Member States by the Friday of the previous week at 12.00 (Brussels time), on the basis of the notifications made by the Member States in accordance with Article 11a(1)(a)(i).

Abweichend von Absatz 1 behalten die Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 1084/2003 und (EG) Nr. 1085/2003 ihre Geltung für gültige Mitteilungen oder Anträge auf Änderungen, die zu dem in Artikel 28 Absatz 2 genannten Datum anhängig sind. [EU]

By way of derogation from the second subparagraph of Article 14(1) of Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009, for offers of common wheat notified during the periods referred to in Annex IV to this Regulation, the period in which the Commission takes a decision following the notification referred to in Article 13(2)(b) and (3) of Regulation (EU) No 1272/2009 shall end on the date given in that annex.
