[EU]	In formal terms, this can already be concluded from the fact that, firstly, the company did not use the aid in accordance with the plan, which, under Protocol No 8, it is obliged to implement properly and, secondly, that any other State aid outside the IBP, NRP and Protocol No 8 is incompatible with the common market under point 18 of Protocol No 8.
