"Beherbergungsbetrieb" eine fachliche Einheit auf örtlicher Ebene in der Definition des Anhangs der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 696/93 des Rates vom 15. März 1993 betreffend die statistischen Einheiten für die Beobachtung und Analyse der Wirtschaft in der Gemeinschaft, die gegen Entgelt - auch zu teilweise oder vollständig subventionierten Preisen - Dienstleistungen der kurzzeitigen Beherbergung von der in den Gruppen 55.1 (Hotels, Gasthöfe und Pensionen), 55.2 (Ferienunterkünfte und ähnliche Beherbergungsstätten) und 55.3 (Campingplätze) der NACE Rev. 2 beschriebenen Art anbietet [EU] 'tourist accommodation establishment' means a local kind-of-activity unit, as defined in the Annex to Council Regulation (EEC) No 696/93 of 15 March 1993 on the statistical units for the observation and analysis of the production system in the Community [7], providing as a paid service - although the price might be partially or fully subsidised - short-stay accommodation services as described in groups 55.1 (hotels and similar accommodation), 55.2 (holiday and other short-stay accommodation) and 55.3 (camping grounds, recreational vehicle parks and trailer parks) of NACE Rev. 2

So wird etwa für "Bergbau und Gewinnung von Steinen und Erden" der Code C, für "Herstellung von Nahrungs- und Futtermitteln sowie Getränken" der Code 15 und für "Hotels, Gasthöfe und Pensionen" der Code 551 eingesetzt. [EU] Dots in the NACE codes should be suppressed, e.g. mining and quarrying is coded as C, manufacture of food products and beverages is coded as 15, hotels as 551.
