	Daher gelangten die Sachverständigen der Kommission zu dem Ergebnis, dass der tatsächliche wirtschaftliche Wert ("real economic value - REV") dieses Portfolioteils erheblich unter dem Wert liegt, zu dem er von der HRE auf die FMS-WM übertragen wurde.
