In the nineties, a number of other artists, too, began to combine documentary and video styles once again, such as Angela Melitopolous in Passing Drama (1999). While the background of others is entirely in documentary film, they may also be placed in the video art category on account of their essayist forms or content with elements reflecting upon the media.
