Christus-Pavillon hieß die bikonfessionelle Kirche auf der EXPO 2000 in Hannover, die Meinhard von Gerkan als modular aufgebaute, im Grund- und Aufriss einem strengen quadratischen Schema folgende Stahlkonstruktion errichtete. [G]

The Christ Pavilion was the name given to the bi-denominational church at the EXPO 2000 in Hanover, a modular steel construction designed by Meinhard von Gerkan. Its floor plan and cross-section conform to a strict square design.

Jahrhundert nach Christus stammende Amphitheater, in dem einstmals 25.000 Menschen Platz hatten, und die Kaiserthermen, die zu ihrer Zeit zu den größten Badeanlagen des römischen Reiches gehörten und in deren "caldarium", dem Warmbadesaal, noch heute Theateraufführungen vor 650 Zuschauern stattfinden. They include the Amphitheatre, dating back to the first century A.D., which once held audiences of up to 25 000, and the Imperial Baths - in their heyday, one of the largest baths in the Roman Empire. The "caldarium" - or warm room - is now used for theatre performances and can hold up to 650 people.
