[EU]	For the 2011/2012 fishing season, Council Regulation (EU) No 716/2011 [2] allocated to France a quota of 2970 tonnes of anchovy in the Bay of Biscay.
	Für eine geeignete Bestandsbewirtschaftung und Vereinfachung empfiehlt es sich, eine TAC und die Fangquoten der Mitgliedstaaten für den Sardellenbestand im Golf von Biscaya (ICES-Untergebiet VIII) für eine Fangsaison, die vom 1.
