"Beleihungswert" bezeichnet den Wert der Immobilie, der bei einer vorsichtigen Bewertung ihrer künftigen Marktgängigkeit unter Berücksichtigung ihrer dauerhaften Eigenschaften, der normalen und örtlichen Marktbedingungen, der derzeitigen Nutzung sowie angemessener Alternativnutzungen bestimmt wurde.
