[EU]	By way of derogation from Article 13(1) of Directive 91/414/EEC, Romania may postpone the deadlines for the provision of the information referred to in Annex II and Annex III to Directive 91/414/EEC for plant protection products currently authorised in Romania and marketed exclusively on Romanian territory and containing copper compounds (sulphate, oxychloride or hydroxide), sulphur, acetochlor, dimethoate and 2,4-D, provided that those ingredients are at the time listed in Annex I to that Directive.

	Daraufhin wurde Acetochlor mit der Entscheidung 2008/934/EG der Kommission vom 5. Dezember 2008 über die Nichtaufnahme bestimmter Wirkstoffe in Anhang I der Richtlinie 91/414/EWG des Rates und die Rücknahme der Zulassungen für Pflanzenschutzmittel mit diesen Wirkstoffen nicht in den genannten Anhang aufgenommen. [EU]	Consequently, Commission Decision 2008/934/EC of 5 December 2008 concerning the non-inclusion of certain active substances in Annex I to Council Directive 91/414/EEC and the withdrawal of authorisations for plant protection products containing these substances [7] was adopted on the non-inclusion of acetochlor.
