	Am 17. [EU]	The product concerned is finished polyester filament apparel fabrics ('FPFAF') which is woven fabric of synthetic filament yarn containing 85 % or more by weight of textured or non textured polyester filaments, dyed or printed.
	Bei der Ermittlung des Normalwerts prüfte die Kommission zunächst, ob die einzelnen ausführenden Hersteller VBGPF auf dem Inlandsmarkt insgesamt in Mengen verkauften, die für ihre gesamten Exportverkäufe in die Gemeinschaft repräsentativ waren. [EU]	No differences were found between the product concerned and the FPFAF produced and sold on the domestic market in the PRC or in Turkey, which served as an analogue country for the purpose of establishing the normal value with respect to certain imports from the PRC.
	Der Antrag des Wirtschaftszweigs der Gemeinschaft wurde vom "International Rayon and Synthetic Fibres Committee" unterstützt, einem repräsentativen Verband von Faserherstellern, darunter Hersteller von Garnen aus Polyester-Filamenten, dem Rohstoff für die VBGPF-Produktion. [EU]	The complaint by the Community industry was supported by the International Rayon and Synthetic Fibres Committee, a representative association of manufacturers of fibres including polyester filament yarn, the raw material for the production of FPFAF.
	Der Gemeinschaftsverbrauch von VBGPF blieb im gesamten Bezugszeitraum verhältnismäßig konstant. [EU]	Community consumption of FPFAF was relatively stable during the period considered.

[EU]	The comparison showed that during the IP FPFAF originating in the PRC was sold in the Community at prices which undercut the Community industry's prices, when expressed as a percentage of the latter, by a range from 8,8 % to 51,1 %.
